2 weeks prior to Completion:

  • Walk through of the project

  • Address any questions or concerns 

  • Review key maintenance points and limited warranty coverage if applicable

  • Confirmation that Total Home Services has installed selections and options as you ordered them

 

Day of Completion:

  • Explanation of items that may still need to be completed due to weather, replacement parts or back orders if applicable

  • Sign off on project 

 

Once the project is complete, we will offer: 

  • Timely response to warranty issues 

  • Full time Administrative Assistant to answer calls and emails during our normal office hours of 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri
